• Established a new Engineering Productivity team from 0-15 with a mixture of FTE and contractors to support an engineering team of ~200 by reducing technical debt from legacy technologies and establishing SDLC best practices across the organization
• Developed training on unit testing, mocking, and dependency breaking, and delivered it to ~200 developers across Bloomberg New York and London to improve testing practices across the department
• Founded the Automated Testing Guild at Bloomberg and expanded developer engagement in testing and other best practices from ~100 to ~1000 engineers over the course of three years with monthly meetups and contributions to the companies internal tech blog
