3 Years 11 Months- I started with DHL in RVL then I moved to vendor put-away, then moved to packing. I ended being a trainer and moved to picking department before I was promoted to Lead position.
- Conduct training for new associates. Monitoring production, giving constructive feedback to the associates, providing training to new associates, and assisting the Supervisor to ensure highest customer standards.
- Lead and manage the workflow and work duty allocation for team members within an assigned department of the facility to include: Picking, Packing, Special Projects(TPLG), Put-Away, Inventory, Inbound, Receiving, Shipping.
