Project Lead

• Led the construction and the execution of a curriculum for new hires to learn aviation regulations, flight tracking, and customer relationship management. • Oversaw training classes up to ~20 individuals with little to no experience in aviation management. Once training was completed, 30/60/90 day check-ins were implemented with new hires to make sure they were set up for success.
• Became the functional expert on in-house developed programs, Atlas and BlueSky, to support the Member Services Organization. This responsibility included training +100 current employees on how to improve efficiency while problem solving issues as they occurred.
• Responsible for beta testing and the application of Guru throughout the Columbus Wheels Up office.
