Daniel Parlin is a Las Vegas-based Head Bartender & Mixologist and the Founder of Vegas Shakers — Las Vegas Premier Dry Hire Mobile Bartending Service. Over more than 20 years in hospitality, he has worked over 400 events, bringing a polished, guest-first bar experience to weddings, private celebrations, corporate gatherings, and special occasions across the Las Vegas area. As a dry-hire service, Vegas Shakers supplies the bartending, bar setup, and drink program — hosts provide the alcohol — so each event gets a tailored menu without the overhead of a full bar package. Daniel designs custom cocktails and mocktails around the host, the theme, and the season, balancing classic technique with fresh, approachable flavors. His work has been recognized with a Best Bartender nomination, and his original Pisco Fever, created for The Chandelier Bar at the Cosmopolitan, was published and listed in gaz regan's 101 Best New Cocktails.
