• Always have good manners with costumers when they arrive until the moment they leave.
• Always be presentable with the uniform.
• Give them bread when they ask or a server says so.
• Take out dinner room garbage, and bar garbage.
• Runners prepare or (plate) the desserts for costumers.
• Always keep all clean.
• Always be alert of you surroundings.
• Help the chef with plating food plates for costumers.
• Always be prepared with side stuff that costumers might need, such as: Butter, new silverware in case they need another. Food is principal so always alert when is ready. Waters. Ice to keep water cold. Clean any mess. Sauces (ketchup, mayo...etc).

• Handle money and give exactly change.
• Take exact orders through headset or front counter.
• Make more coffee whenever is needed to.
• Keep Store organize and clean.
• Take out garbage.
• Clean bathroom, front dinner room, outside area, and behind counter whenever is need to or manager ask you to.
• Make sándwiches or whatever is the food that costumers order.
• Always good manners and smile.
• Organize donuts.
• Always know what we have or we 86.
• Also make or give them ice cream, milkshakes, etc to costumers who want.

-Set up station, depending if is tables, food, chairs.

• Take out garbage at the end of the night or when is full.

• Swipe and mop also at the end of the night Or when is needed to do so.
• Count tips and money with counter person.
• Always have change for costumers for cash payments.
• Always be on time not late.
