Coming from a military family, I developed strong discipline and adaptability, having lived in multiple states and learned to thrive in diverse environments. My passion for physics began in high school, where I was the only student from my 600+ graduating class to pursue the major. This required independent problem-solving, a skill I have since refined through teamwork and real-world applications in college.
Recognized by my professor, I became a physics and calculus tutor, enhancing my ability to communicate complex concepts effectively. Additionally, my work experience at Subway strengthened my problem-solving and time-management skills under pressure.
I am eager to apply my skills to research opportunities that allow me to contribute to solving real-world scientific challenges. My long-term goal is to become a civilian scientist for the Department of Defense, where I can help develop innovative technologies with real-world impact.
