During the summer of 2024, I spent four weeks working on a farm in Colombia, where I took part in daily crop harvesting and general farm maintenance. I helped with tasks like picking fruits and vegetables, weeding fields, and keeping the workspace clean and organized. In addition to the fieldwork, I played a key role in preparing meals for the workers—cutting vegetables, dicing meats, and helping cook fresh, high-quality meals made from all-natural, locally sourced ingredients. The experience taught me how to handle physical labor, stay consistent with a daily routine, and take pride in contributing to a team, both in the field and the kitchen
