1. Provide the congregation with spiritual leadership and pastoral care, fostering a culture of faith, love, and service.
2. Develop and deliver engaging, biblically-based weekly sermons during worship services, special occasions, and events.

2. Canvas the immediate area and relevant areas where the alleged crime has been committed. Interview potential witnesses, obtain sworn statements, and analyze contradicting statements. Obtain any video of incidents through the city, commercial stores, home rings, or other recording platforms.
