The intake specialist works directly with the potential participant to conduct a confidential initial intake interview that includes details regarding the client that are necessary to create a clinical profile for admission into the program. The intake specialist is responsible for executing all necessary documents, obtaining health screening information reported by the participant, Medical assessments and admitting to the appropriate level of care as outlined in the facility policies and procedures manual.

In charge of taking care of kids in the program, making sure they do homework and are involved in participating during the program. Coordinated team activities and delegated tasks to ensure efficient completion of participation. Kept work areas clean, neat and free of safety hazards to maximize efficiency.
