I worked for James as his number one in the company. I learned and adapted to not only how to deal with home owners and customers but as well dealt with cost and inflation, but those things only prepared me for my next job opportunity, and I am so grateful for the time and educating experience that it turned out to be for me as an individual. It opened my eyes as to what might be out there still for me to settle into and grow with.
I jog 3 X a week and walk a family dog multiple times a day, but also I curl dumb bells and do regular calasthenics.
I have always enjoyed cooking large meals for family mostly, but some friends are lucky enough to be able to say they ate a full course meal prepared by myself. I have countless hours invested in trial and error, not to mention a 74 year old country cook's best recipe's, my mother, who began showing me her best serets as a younger adolescent, but between culinary arts school and her, I added them together with invested time and energy and came up with, in my opinion, some of the tastiest meals right here in small town indiana, and have been complimented more times than i could ever dream to remember. Its fun to me, and I enjoy watching others enjoy and fill their stomachs...
