  • Tier 2 & 3 support for a world-wide medical device company. As a tier 2 primary technician I am part of the team that only works escalated tickets for break/fix and deployment of hardware and software.
  • In a tier 3 capacity I have created and piloted a new deployment method for Mac’s that takes advantage of our ABM and MS Intune tenants.
  • I also work in a functionally tier 3 capacity developing SOP’s for complex troubleshooting and software deployments for other techs to reference.
  • I am part of a small team chosen to administer all MDM devices, including deploying app packages and compliance configurations.
  • I am still working with most of the account management mentioned in previous experience including both cloud admin portals and on-prem administration tools.
  • I work frequently with vendors to deploy specialty computers for scientific testing and metalshop CNC machines; adding them to the domain and installing our required suite of endpoint protections.
  • I work closely with the desktop engineer team to deploy software, and task sequences through SCCM.
  • I have also performed hundreds of computer refreshes with the company to reach our goal of a 3 year hardware cycle.

  • For Infracore I provided a mixture of tier 1 & 2 support across four different client companies.
  • I gained experience in most industry standard IT management systems and supported a great many line of business applications across each environment.
  • The different client sites had varying levels of on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
  • For every environment I was tasked with account provisioning, security group management, hardware/software deployments, hardware/software troubleshooting.
  • I would also be in charge of mailbox provisioning and management.
  • When needed I would be tasked with deploying printer/lab hardware, configuring DHCP reservations, deploying drivers to the print server, and configure switch VLans.
  • In every environment I also developed new SOP’s and business workflows.
  • On three different occasions I participated in physical(server hardware) and virtual(data) migrations.
  • In most environments I would manage DWMQ’s including backups to cloud and to physical media, tenant security and server downtime alerts providing remedial action when needed.
  • The systems I used across all of the clients include: Microsoft 365 admin portal, exchange admin portal, Entra(formerly Azure), Various RSAT components, Print server, DHCP server, ABM, etc.
