  • Create a CRM and supporting systems on a VPS for call center agents.
  • I built a CRM using Node.js on an Ubuntu VPS.
  • The CRM was connected to an auto dialer system built with Twilio. The dialer would use an agent queue to dial out to a list of leads and route the call to the next agent in the queue.
  • I used MongoDB for the database. The system was eventually split into several Node.js servers hosted on Heroku (a microservice architecture). E.g., the auto dialer was on one node and the chat service was on another node. I used Linux and Node.js extensively every day.
