Worked as a phone operator for the communication center for Rady's Children's Hospital my job had many responsibilities and tasks.

• Monitored and maintained the paging system, ensuring its proper functioning.
• Answered incoming calls and directed them to the appropriate department or individual.
• Spoke on the overhead system for codes, alarms or announcements.
• Provided technical support to end-users on a variety of computer software and hardware issues.
