● Updated the project schedule weekly to track the progress of the project with Microsoft Excel.
● Coordinated with the Project manager and Foreman to compile a full-length 8-week project schedule using Microsoft Excel.
● Assisted the project manager by reviewing and approving weekly employee timesheets for more than 70 employees.
● Created a traffic control exhibit following ADOT traffic control standards using Adobe.
● Created a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to calculate price differences between current and expected material pricing by reviewing
vendor purchase order contracts.

● Utilized Topcon's prototype LiDAR and survey equipment for data collection; conducted volume calculations to evaluate its
efficiency compared to Topcon’s current-gen equipment.
● Manned Topcon’s Intel Falcon 8+ drone to take over 5000 aerial photos and uploaded visual data into Magnet Collage to create 3D
maps.

● Led a 60-sailor team, using Microsoft Excel to manage 2,000+ man-hours of fire-watch for shipyard welders.
● Prevented over $5M+ of potential damage during John C. Stennis’ 8-month dry dock period as a department fire-watch supervisor.
● Conducted maintenance adhering to ship policies and identified hazards using the Safety Data Sheet (SDS).
● Operated and maintained advanced radar systems for threat detection and situational awareness.
● Assisted in the planning and execution of operations, including search and rescue missions, anti-submarine warfare, and missile
defense.
