My responsibilities included, supervising and making sure the cashiers are in tasks, Handling customer issues, escalated complaints, and resolving returns/exchanges to maintain a high standard of service, and making sure that I count the office and all the tilts and putting them back in the safe before i go home. At last in Food Depot i have made more then just 2 mistakes!

• The responsibilities that I had working at American Deli were that I needed to make sure to get the orders right, make sure to give customers the right respect and attitude, and last making sure that everything is clean at night time before we all go home.
• The job was paying me 12 dollars per week.
