  • Develops, implements and communicates the mission, vision, values and goals for Occupational Health Services of the Columbus Community Hospital, Inc.
  • Responsible for the long range plan, strategic and operational plans as well as budgets, resources, policies and procedures.
  • Organizes, coordinates, directs, and provides services offered by Occupational Health Services.
  • Coordinates the OHS DOT Consortium program. Responsible for the investigation of positive drug screen results in conjunction with a Medical Review Officer and MRO Assistant to ensure consistency and accuracy with the drug screen process.
  • Manages departmental staffing requirements.
  • Represents and markets the Occupational Health program to customers.
  • Provides a liaison between Occupational Health Services, and other CCH departments, physician clinics, contracted services and other customers.
  • Coordinates employer luncheon program.
  • Maintains a broad knowledge base in Occupational Health including state and federal regulations.
  • Establishes a performance improvement plan to measure, assess and improve the processes and outcomes of Occupational Health Services.
  • Assures an accurate and timely billing process.
  • Completes all reporting required including monthly fiscal reports.
