Assisted multiple teams on manufacturing floor with part order creation. Acted as liaison between engineering departments, build teams, and quality assurance to address product build issues. Navigated various programs including CMES, MPR, Shipside Action Tracker, and QARS effectively. Communicated professionally and demonstrated self-starting abilities in daily tasks.

This position required the ability to conduct functions and performance testing of aerospace components to ensure compliance with specifications. Diagnosing and resolving technical issues during testing, improving product reliability and safety standards were a key factor. Ability to collaborate with departments like engineering, Quality, and management teams to develop and apply new test plans, and assisted new team members and technicians on testing protocol and safety procedures to enhance team performance. The ability to work in a team based environment was top priority along side safety. As a team lead, the ability to effectively create game plans and work flow to best allow the team to completed tasks as given.

Conducted testing of electronic units withing the Amazon Robotics fields to ensure quality and functionality standards. Assisted on training new technicians with the knowledge I obtained through the continuous training I received and experience obtained. Being prepared and flexible in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to problem solve and come to solutions to problems quickly were a key attribute to this position.
