I work nights here and I do vitals every four hours as well as fifteen minute checks on each patient. I also re-stock and do room checks and help with admissions which includes documenting patient belongings and search through the belongings.

Checked in patients and verified insurance as well as collected co-pays. I helped create the chart and helped with workman's compensation visits. I also triaged patients before coming in and to make sure if they need urgent care or emergent care.

This position was in a private practice for sleep medicine.

My job included answering phones, emailing patients back, scheduling, referrals, prior authorizations, billing, charting and rooming patients and taking vitals.
