As the Regional Loss Prevention Manager for the Southeast Market- i have oversight and responsibility for the development and implementation of strategies minimizing loss and protection the company assets across multiple retail locations with responsibilities including

• Shrink Reduction as the core of my role, I have implemented proactive measures to reduce internal and external theft, ensuring we continue to achieve company shrink goals
• Audit management ensures operational consistency and excellence across all brands, executing at least 1 audit in each location annually or as needed
• Development and delivery of training and Loss Prevention awareness through strong communication and training with store and boutique associates
• Utilization of exception-based reporting systems to analyze transaction data to identify potential fraud and reduction of fraudulent activities
• Conduct all internal and external investigations at store or boutique level, conducting necessary internal interviews and case closures
• Point of contact for all critical incident response, reporting and communication for all critical incidents within assigned region

• Manage and Support second largest volume Division in total organization for all Asset Protection programs and functions
• Oversight, support and ownership of all internal, external and ORC investigations, programs and team alignment on all case productivity supporting all functions effecting profit and sales growth

• Developing investigative strategies within assigned market, coordinating with central and division partners
• Manage and communicate all incidents impacting business or brand protection and serves as the point of contact and expert in emergency management incidents, providing direction and leadership amongst all partners
• Conduct assessments of AP or operational performances effecting shortage and safety, actively working with divisional and store leadership to develop and implement action plans for improvement
• Support Asset Protection people strategies in assigned market, focusing on talent sourcing, turn over reduction and ensuring appropriate training, support retention
• Direct AP store leadership/AP colleague succession planning activities, identify, mentor and training top talent AP colleagues for growth, creating an inclusive culture that supports growth and total performance

• Subject matter expert and Market lead in AP execution, provide hands on direction and assistance to all store and Divisions in all Asset Protection related areas
• Drive the Asset Protection and shortage programs in order to achieve shortage goals, maximizing profitability
• Support Asset Protection people strategies in assigned Market, including a high focus on sourcing talent, training, and development as well as retention, promoting growth in Leaders
• Manage and monitor Internal and External case productivity, provide investigations leadership and participation of asset protection initiatives when necessary

• Proficient in all aspects of camera applications, RFID technology, TruVue systems and exception-based reporting analytics

• Responsible for driving internal programs & investigations in 13 locations, totaling over $366 mil in sales volume in South & Central Florida
• Divisional support to Store Vice Presidents, Divisional and Market store leaders and store line AP by being an AP/ Operations subject matter expert in order to drive shortage awareness and buy-in at total store level
