Somatic yoga educator, facilitator, coach, and liberatory change practitioner with 20+ years of experience teaching yoga and embodied practices and guiding individuals and groups through personal, relational, and organizational transformation. I create experiential learning environments where people can develop greater body awareness, agency, resilience, self-trust, and capacity to respond skillfully to complexity and change. My work integrates yoga, somatics, trauma-responsive practice, coaching, facilitation, social justice education, and embodied leadership. I have taught 15,000+ yoga classes, coached and mentored 70+ yoga teachers, created 200- and 300-hour yoga teacher-training curricula, delivered 200+ DEIA trainings, and facilitated programs addressing embodiment, trauma, equity, racial justice, accessibility, belonging, conflict, and liberation. I bring an approach grounded in curiosity, dignity, inclusion, relational practice, and the understanding that sustainable transformation happens when insight becomes embodied action.
