I took charge in the remodel of our shoe department, increased our sales by beautiful presentations and completed the highest audits the store has ever seen. The shoe department ended the FY23 as the number one business, up 21% to plan, and $140,000 above LY. I also took on the responsibility of distributing Bopis orders to our customers. In which I found ways to create a method of making sure orders are getting confirmed. I also single handedly improved our Bopis CHARM score.
