Hazmat shipping certified (DOT, IATA, IMDG)
Knowledgeable in eTools, DCMA SharePoint, JIRA, Haystack, MMS(Domestic/International), HazMat and SAP software, SPI
Highly experienced with creating and submitting SIR, JIRA, DCMA SharePoint, NOA, 1149, HazMat(DOT, IATA, IMDG) documents
Adept creating and submitting Shippers (Domestic/International/Classified/Hazardous) and BOL, TOD, Sig Tally, Repship, DTTS documents for Classified shipments
Assist the customer with Part Number and/or National Stock Number clarification
Familiar with Import or Export ITAR compliance and processes
Familiar reading WAWF/DD250 information and translation experience
Demonstrated experience effectively dealing with abstract issues and independently developing solid plans and communication strategies to effectively respond to internal or external customers
Use Excel and Powerpoint to update charts reflecting sells and shipping status to program
Serve as liaison for our PPC team briefing Sustainment team regarding daily communication, issues, post-sales follow-up that DCMA Traffic/On-Site reps, FMS/Domestic customers, military base customer or LM management are requesting
Used data entry skills to accurately document, keep track and manage Government property being stored in Government cage
Interfacing with Freight Forwarders and carriers to order dedicated trucks to pick up DoD/Classified shipments
Respond to priority customer requests required for mission support, including after-hours support
Trained and mentored new team members and program leads on DD250 property systems and policies to build cohesive group and promote operational performance
Able to work independently and think outside the box to find a solution on problems that have no outlined structure
Proven ability to help identify and implement process improvement initiatives
Evaluate delivery needs and optimized strategies to meet customer demands
Transport inventory items to appropriate locations
