•Review and observe the progress of employees on probation (90 days)

•Partner with supervisor regarding training needs for probationary employees

•Give employee recognition for their progress

•Log and discuss feedback with supervisors/leaders

•Conduct job previews to applicants to ensure they understand the environment, physical requirements, good manufacturing practices …etc during the job preview process

•Engaging with probationary employees

•Perform other duties as assigned onboarding, scan files, make badges etc…

•Learn and perform production tasks surrounding poultry processing (Debone)

•Perform job in compliance with Company policies and procedures

• Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (non-slip footwear, earplugs, hairnet, safety glasses etc.) correctly at all times in areas requiring PPE helping to promote a zero accident culture

• Perform additional relevant duties as assigned
