Professional Highlights

  • In 2014 I took on the role of IT Director of a 45 million dollar a year trucking/trash/recycling company with a non-existent IT infrastructure. During my tenure I built networking and telecommunications infrastructures, deployed call centers for multiple sub-companies, renegotiated contracts for mobile communications and print services that reduced costs by ~50%.
  • Successfully coordinated the IT department mergers of multiple acquired companies, and was instrumental in the remodel/expansion of our transfer stations data systems that increased their efficiency by 40%. By the time I left in 2018 we had increased our annual revenue to over 65 million.
  • In 2020 I began restructuring the IT department at a renowned legal firm in Seattle; coordinating pandemic response initiatives for working remotely while maintaining the highest levels of productivity and data integrity. I restructured Microsoft AD and reworked the SSO and MFA protocols to tighten security and SOC compliance requirements while simultaneously restructuring our data warehouse to ensure integrity and reliability – introducing redundant UPS protections and installing high-capacity, Dell EqualLogic drive arrays to house and protect sensitive and confidential information – in compliance with both SOC2 and HIPPA requirements.
  • As part of this overhaul, I recruited and directed a team of engineers, system administrators, and software training specialists (both on-site and MSP personnel) to provide the highest level of service to our firm; from our receptionists and paralegals to our senior stakeholders and partners.
  • In 2023 a managed services provider took over and I relocated to Wenatchee to care for family.
