NICET level 2 certified technician with 16 years industry experience. Started as an apprentice with no industry experience assisting on testing and inspections, and quickly advanced into a lead technician role. Throughout the years of working on all the major manufacturers of fire alarm systems I developed a strong knowledge base. Those technical skills helped propelled me to become my company's top service technician and troubleshooter in the City of Chicago. I have experience in a wide variety of facilities, including hospitals, schools, high rise office buildings, government buildings, nursing homes, and high rise residential buildings.
