●Independently supervise classes of 30+ students during arrival, mealtimes, playground, and on field trips.

●Engage one-on-one with students with behavioral problems in the classroom.

●Work under the teacher's direction to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable classroom.

●Craft designs for bulletin board displays, exhibits, and demonstrations.

●Maintain the school culture of high academic and behavioral expectations through continuous reflection.

●Promote student involvement in academics, skills training, socialization, communication, and setting goals.

●Notify the supervisor of all incidents and complete related required paperwork.

●Assisting with homework.

●Lead small group activities planned by the teacher.

●Maintain detailed records of students' progress on instructional or behavioral goals.

●Support special needs students.
