Accomplishments

*Being hired to work for the Angus Barn Wine Cellar without a sommelier certificate. It was required for all servers to obtain one to be able to secure a job down there and I was the exception. I am one out of only two people to ever do this in the 30+ years the cellar has been open.

*Securing a manager position at a fine dining restaurant at only 20 years old. Being responsible for running the restaurant under the expectations of the owners.
