• Founded and managed General Contracting/Construction business to include the entire State of Georgia. Handled all expense planning,inventory control, customer bids,collection of sub-contractor bids and billing.

• Planned and directed projects focused on improving areas such as main building Engineering as well as eleven satellite offices. Responsible for staff of twelve Engineers to oversee all aspects of HVAC, plumbing, pressroom and mailroom equipment repair, landscaping, fleet control and computer and data line installations.

Managed all day to day Engineering responsibilities including staff of twenty one employees. Maintained all scheduling, purchasing, inventory control, event set up and all in-house and contracted repairs. Also managed all HVAC and electrical equipment.
