Renovated apartments. Tile, doors, cabinets, lighting, sinks, faucets, trim, molding, door hardware, bathroom upgrades, drywall, closet additions, minor electrical and plumbing. Coordinated painters and tile workers, appliance delivery and inventory.

Replaced outlets, switches, and panels for senior living assisted care apartments. Some EV stations.

Rewired houses, panels, general service work, circuit additions, trouble shooting. I also completed inventory, planned out and bought supplies for the jobs, scheduled inspections, and worked with clients on jobs.
