Health Technician (Covid-19 Epi Response Team) – Performing multiple tasks to provide high level patient care via telephone and/or in-person face to face interaction.
- Contact Tracer/Positive Home Test Documenter: Telephonic patient care, perform thorough patient chart reviews, educating awareness and prevention of Covid-19, obtain protected private information for medical records. Direct communication with Lead Charge Nurse on case investigations.
- Resource Delivery Driver: Out-in-field home drop offs of resources including isolation kit (tent, canopy, water proof tarp, sleeping bag, outdoor shower, hand wash station), home test kits, pulse oximeter, and medication.
- Well-fare/Wellness Consultant: Out-in-field case investigation for patients whom are unable to be contacted by Public Health. Pinpoint patient’s locations of home for in-person health screening. Assure patient safety and livelihood.
- School Surveillance Lead Tech and Liaison: Careful observation of community schools within the service unit. Daily online meetings and consistent communication with authorized school administrators such as district superintendent, principals, school nurses, dean of students, etc. Monitoring Covid-19 positive student and staff members from 13 different schools and administrations.
- Home Support Resource Accountant: Record inventory of items approved for Covid patients such as monitoring devices, home test kits, isolation kits, and medication. Retrieve and document patient care referrals from different departments and other health care service units on and off the Navajo Nation.
- Case Manager: Lead a team of contact tracers by assigning positive Covid-19 cases to other health technicians, aid team members with problem solving, critical thinking, and patient related questions. Determine patient level of care based on medical health history, vaccination status and medication usage.
- Call Center Caller: Provide adequate over-the-phone skills with answering questions/concerns, laboratory test results, education on CDC guidelines/instructions pertaining to Covid-19.
- Patient Log Driver: Receive patient information from contact tracers on case builds, unbuilt cases, recovered patients, and data logging.
- Long Term Covid-19 Documenter: Reassess past Covid-19 patients that are still having signs/symptoms after anticipated recovery cycle. Connect patient and schedule appointment with doctor/provider for further health consults.

- Nasopharyngeal Swab Specimen Collector: Execute Covid-19, Respiratory Syncytial Virus, and Flu type A and B nasal swab testing fully gowned in medical personal protective equipment (level 2 surgical gown, surgical gloves, face shield, N95 face mask, surgical mask).
- Monkey Pox Caller: Rising rare public health epidemic assignment which requires strict patient confidentiality, telephonic counseling, appointment scheduling for vaccination prevention.
- Community Cluster Analysis: Monitor large number of Covid-19 cases in residential, business, and congregated settings.
- At-Home Vaccination Clerk: Assisting licensed registered nurses out-in-field with home bound handicapable patients for latest Covid-19 vaccinations. Documenting home visits and providing information on latest vaccine and further instructions in case of emergency.

- Suspension work: removal and replacement of bushings/inserts, shocks/struts, sway bar links, 4x4 components such as actuators, ball joints, control arms, tie rods.
- Complete brake job: brake pads/drums, rotors, greasing vital metal-to-metal contact points, collapsing of caliper.
- Lube: changing of motor oil , gear oil, transmission/transfer case fluid. Grease ball joints, U-joints, driveshaft connection.
