Counselor, communicator, motivator, and recruiter. Most of all, a believer in God and in the potential He has given to young people. My calling in life is to catalyze the love of sports in young lives, and translate that passion into transformative life-lessons that help people become who God created them to be.

  • Led offensive output improvement to school record in multiple categories, including:
  • 46.8 PPG (Improved from 22.7 PPG in previous season).
  • Produced a 1st Team All District (Sophomore) QB who set single game school records of 439 passing yards and 8 TDs, while passing for 2,876 yards and 37 TDs in only 9 games (due to injury).
  • Produced a 1,000 yard , 11 TD WR, a 800 yard, 9 TD WR, and a 750 yard, 9 TD WR in the same season.
  • 150 Yard per Game Rushing Average.
  • 3 - 1st Team All-District Offensive Players, 3 - 2nd Team All-District Offensive Players in the same season.
  • 5 Underclassmen (QB, 3 WR and RB) all now being recruited by D1 Schools in a 2A Texas Program.

  • Responsible for In-Game Signals and QB management, in-game offensive adjustments.
  • Offensive increase of 11 (PPG) from previous year.

  • Directly developed 1st Team All-Sate QB, Brandon Tennison (personal QB Coach). 8,000 Career passing yard with 78 TDs, leading the Buckeyes to back state championship appearances and a full scholarship to UTSA.
  • Assisted with coaching and preparing quarterbacks on a week-to-week basis as well during the off-season.
  • Assisted with game planning and offensive in game adjustments.
  • Team Chaplain, delivering regular team devotions and founding "Pass It On", a Christian student organization that led dozens of students to the Christian faith.
  • Led "At Risk" student program to prevent high school student drop-out rate and diploma achievement, reducing drop-out rates by almost 70%.
  • Improved the "Points" program and implemented strategies that will help the program continue to get students graduated.

  • Responsible for the development and training of WR of the 2020 Texas 4A Division II Newcomer of the year, 2021 All-State Rohan Fluellen (Current SFA WR)
  • Privately train dozens of quarterbacks and skill position players in East Texas, including NFL Off-Season Training, and full scholarships and collegiate football careers.
