Being an ice cream scooper is a fun job, especially because I enjoy interacting with people. I'm constantly serving up smiles along with scoops of delicious ice cream. Customer service is super important in an ice cream shop. I'm there to help customers choose flavors and make sure they have a great experience. It's all about being friendly, patient, and making sure everyone leaves happy. As an ice cream scooper, I've developed customer service skills, which include interacting with customers, taking orders, and handling payments. I have also had to manage busy periods, or "rushes," which have helped me improve my ability to work efficiently under pressure. Being able to work in the food industry has taught me a lot about how things should or shouldn't be done, and how to communicate with other coworkers.
