Direct responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our Green Bay and Marinette offices (200+ employees).
Set annual budget with senior leadership and was responsible for driving my business unit to exceed financial goals and deliver class-leading assets to our customers.
Daily interaction with project managers to assist them with securing and executing contracts. Coordinated with all the other resources within the company that brought targeted expertise to the process, such as; estimating, safety, workforce development, engineering, pre-construction, prefab, HR, marketing, accounting, etc.
Facilitated and participated in daily video/teleconferences with executive leadership, peers, team members, customers and vendors.
Worked closely with human resource business partners to continually target ideal new employees and foster the development of existing ones. Participated in recruiting, hiring and interviews. Critical participant in the semi-annual employee review process including wage adjustments and promotions.
Constantly collaborated with functional leadership peers in my division to ensure that we were collectively moving toward the same corporate vision.
