• This function provided a view for the regional CIO of the architectural impact business and IT change initiatives were having across the region, and provided a means to allow regional businesses and functional units to influence technology change in the region

• Led IT change initiatives for Emerging Markets (Debt) IT for Eastern Europe/Middle East/Africa regions. Responsible for identifying and delivering technology solutions to enable growth of the Emerging Markets Debt proprietary and institutional trading businesses in Moscow, Istanbul, Johannesburg, Tel Aviv and Riyadh, and new branches as they arise.
• Emerging Markets delivery responsibilities include managing the technology architecture across products, platforms and branches; co-ordination across multiple internal bank IT solutions providers to deliver integrated solutions; managing budgets; and managing a small team of project managers, business analysts and local IT managers across the region.
• Development Manager responsible for building, delivering and supporting a suite of interactive online Equities analytics and index management applications to enable clients of Deutsch Bank to perform real-time interactive what-if scenario analysis over a range of stocks (~1000) covered by the Deutsch Bank Equities Research teams, using Java-based technologies.
