Accomplishments
While working at Summit Oaks Hospital I received several commendations for being able to deescalate situations with mental health patients but my most valued is getting a letter from Ross Friedman the CEO of the SOH personally thanking me for having such a calming influence on the unit on 7-3 shift and for coming up with great ideas on how to improve the units patient satisfaction and safety for staff and patients alike.
