• Performing check and detail checks on apparatus - daily and weekly, responding to fires and emergency medical calls, working overtime and in inclement weather conditions, physical agility workouts every shift as well as on my time off, shift training as a group, operating vehicles as such : Squad, Engine, Tender, Flat bed truck and Blocker truck, trouble shooting and fixing small truck issues ( ie- tighten bolts, change bulbs, add oil and or coolant, drain air tanks, restocking medical supplies in bags), washing appears to insure equipment is looking in tip top shape for the community and for the department, responding to calls in over 700 square miles of area covered ( combination of paid and volunteer departments), attending meetings and EMS CE's, travel for outside trainings, cleaning station to ensure a healthy and safe work place, maintain a great working relationship with my crew,

• Weekly and daily truck checks as well as details on assigned days or when needed, operate and maintain working order on truck assigned for the day/shift, drive and or operate ( ladder truck, tender, type 3-4-6 brush trucks, mini pumper and engine), obtain drafting operation, perform swift water technician rescues during floods, mow grass- weed-eat and spray for weeds, travel for meetings and continuing educational classes, performed dues such as : wildland firefighting (direct and indirect) attacks, structural firefighting, vehicle extrication, traffic control, work in dangerous conditions, inclement wether ( ie-hot summer dy - icy road conditions - rain or floods), perform basic mechanic skills such as ( changing light bulbs, troubleshooting, fixing busted lines on truck, add oil, changing -checking and mixing fuels for various equipment ), daily station and shift chores ( weekly and monthly), called in/standby for OT and or back fill, (SCBA checks, tools check, hose, lights and ladder inspections, training and asst. teaching high school fire academy.

• Emergency on-call rotation, driving and or operating heavy equipment such as: dump trucks 3-6 and 10 yard, sign bucket trucks, roller, motor grader, sweeper, street sweeper, herbicide truck ( 1200 gals.), haul truck, skid steer, mower, blocker truck ( TMA), weed-eater, maintaining equipment properly as well as PM and daily inspections, managed time sheets - tracking sheets, maintenance inspector, herbicide operations for the state records, reviewing construction plans and contracts, safety point of contact ( won SPOC of the year), safety building inspections for 2 offices ( ie-fire extinguishers- hazards and proper signage), installing and replacing road signs, mowing grass ( maintaining cleanliness at the office, (confined space) repelling down into well sites for maintenance on pumps ( underground down town), worked in inclement weather and conditions such as: ( extreme heat - icy roads and flooding conditions, nights and days, at emergency wrecks- call outs - fuel spills, downed trees, debris in the roadway, perform closers on major highways) , directing traffic ( flagger operations), TCP-( traffic control planning) for jobs and contractors, repairing and patching roadways and pot holes, running electrical lines and conduit, welding and torch cutting fabricating, daily work report, oversee crews ( over 4-6 personnel) and contractors on job sites, tree trimming, ditch work, edge work and repair, asphalt level up and base repairs, stockpile material, cable fence repair, line up work for crews and contractors, working holidays and weekends, train new employees for CDL testing, coordinator for safety stop call ( monthly call), mobile operations, bridge repair, concert work,

• Roadside work such as : mowing grass, weed eating, cutting trees, right-of-way mowing, brush pick-up in the city, operating such equipment as: backhoe, tractor with shredder, dump trucks, ATV, maintenance on truck and small engine equipment, in house PM on vehicle ( ie oil change - changing blades on saws and shredders, directing traffic, trash pick-up to ensure cleanliness in the city, worked such conditions as: flood control, road closures, brush clearing, on-call rotation, city events

Water line maintenance - service and repair as well as installation pipe size ranging from ¾ of an inch to 16 inch water lines, emergency on-call out, locate water lines, working in inclement weather such as: ( rain - extreme heat - cold weather - night and or day time operation, in small and large trenches ), trouble shoot and problem solve water leaks for the company as well as customers for water leak and making sure equipment was working properly, drive such equipment as : (pick-up truck- haul truck,mower, tractor with tiller, backhoe,used for boring under road ways and driveways for new installations of water lines , man lift - sketching all new installations for mapping for purposes future referencing ,housekeeping - cleaning the shop of all trip hazards - cleanliness for all tools after jobs), performed such task as: pulling trailers, chain saw - cutting and measuring pipe in various sizes, hand dig with shovel - spotting gas lines/ phone lines during excavation operations for safety measures when digger - answering phones - calling in locates to Texas1 call for emergency and regular locate operations for daily work, Daily during include : shop inventory once a year ( for yearly budget reports ), welding - splicing steel casing together used under roadway for new water pipe installations - fabricating, fueling and PM vehicles every day, loading and stocking the truck with proper supplies for the jobs, wearing proper PPE ,- asst. with maintaining 4 water distribution yards, assisting neighboring water companies with leaks and repair of water lines in day or night operations, daily work order - time sheets and time cards - reviewing plans for new installations and existing lines for locates, operate gas over hydraulic boring machine -
