
I am bringing 20 years of analytical skills using Agile and DevOps delivery methods which keeps the analysts closely involved from conception of development and maintaining the product after deployment to the customers. In the past 3 years I have acquired a Real Estate license passing the test the first time (not easy) after 2 years I came back to AA as an Executive Liaison addressing any issues with our top tier Concierge Key and Executive Platinum members which included surveys from their experience about no food being catered to their flight after paying thousands for a first class ticket. Recently I survived a layoff of 600+ AA colleagues where I am now using all of my airline domain experience with Rally, Teams, sabre, ePNR, Ventana, tealeaf, and tableau to name a few applications that I now use on my new team called Customer Success which brings me to the point that I am a quick learner for applications and processes and ready to contribute to the success of your team improving the Access experience as a Access Coordinator
