Inspection for the compressor re-wheel project at five of the mid-stations on the Permian Highway Pipeline. We re-wheeled nine solar C-75 and C-45 compressor units, along with routine maintenance and inspections.

• Visual inspection of welds
• Inventoried materials as they arrived to off site fab shop and verified quantities and grade per BOM.
• Maintained weld/heat maps of piping as it was built.
• Helped with coating inspection as needed
• Provided inspection of hydro-test and P&ID walk downs to ensure piping was built correctly.
• Maintained current knowledge of 1104 & Section 9 codes.

• In-service welding for Kinder Morgan, Boardwalk and Enbridge companies.
• Welded sleeves, stopples and joint replacements for emergency dig work.
• Laid a small pipeline re-route for board walk in Jackson TN.

• Tested welders for the job with the applicable codes and required test.
• Received materials for the project and verified quantities and grade per BOM.
• Visual Inspection of Welds.
• Maintained weld/heat mapping and NDE documentation.

• Welded on countless jobs around the country from south TX to PA.
• Built numerous compressor stations, meter stations and pipelines.
• Proficient with SMAW and GTAW processes.
• Can read and comprehend prints.
• Proficient with tools required for pipe fabrication and layout.
