Come up with new ideas to be safer.

Must oversee quality of homes being built. Insure T.L. is focused on quality and holding team members accountable for their workmanship. Find better ways to get the job done.

Insure our production goals are met on an hourly,daily,and weekly timeline.

Drive engagement and create a desirable workplace to work. Oversee and maintain a clean and organized departments.

Work on and come up with process improvements and continue to improve.
