I made sure all the officers have reported to work and were assigned duties. I also organized the work schedule, including the officer rotations and breaks. At the beginning of new shifts i inspected the team to ensure they were wearing their uniforms properly and had all of their equipment. I also briefed the security team a the beginning of new shifts to update them on developments since the last shift and shared information about any security concerns.
