Managing and maintaining detailed book specifications and working with each book title from kids books to high end coffee table adult books for NatGeo and Disney books. I currently work on front list titles and reprint titles.

· I solicited multiple Print Vendors for competitive pricing depending on the needs of the book title and expectations in an effort provide cost saving measures.

·Created Purchasing Orders and Work Orders for our Print vendors through our payment systems.

· Maintaining multiple schedules on book titles for the entire project from acquisition PL until books are finished and bounded.

· Checking reprint or front list finished book samples for quality control concerns and communicating with the Print Vendors to resolve issues before the bulk is shipped.

· Managing and communicating with editors to make sure updated files and proofs deliver to the printer on schedule.

· Providing press side color assistance and press checks at the printer if required to assure color accuracy on critical color book titles.
