  • Serve as the HSPD-12/PIV Team Lead, performs day-to-day badging and credentialing operations to ensure employees, contractors, affiliates, and other personnel authorized an identification badge have been processed in accordance with established Federal regulations in conjunction with security policies and Federal law.
  • Conducting electronic fingerprint scans on applicants, employees, and contractors through Fingerprint Transmission System or through remote HSPD-12 Enrollment sites, to initiate FBI Name Check and Fingerprint Check, as required.
  • Maintain knowledge of current credentialing requirements for credentialing providers recognizing the latest standards and procedures in credentialing. By staying abreast of current policies and requirement pertaining to badge operation.
  • Assist in addressing and resolving all discrepancies or issues related to provider enrollment and credentialing.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot PIV badge issuance and enrollment station, answer calls arriving at the ISBS badging office.
  • Update and remove e828 service request provided by U.S. Department of Health and Human service requester.
  • Adjudicated applicants that have favorable background investigation.
  • Assist HR with onboarding and department orientation of new employees seeking the new PIV card.
  • Monitor and assign ISBS helpdesk tickets to team members responsible for handling badging questions.
