  • Serves as primary Sterile Processing contact for $130 Million state-of-the-art Orthopedic Hospital /Joint-Venture ambulatory surgery center set to open February 2022. Responsible for all operation and planning Sterile Processing Department to service 15 inpatient and outpatient surgical suites, 10,000 surgical procedures annually.
  • Developed Sterile Processing shared service agreement for hospital and joint venture ACS. Agreement estimated to generate hospital income of $1.378 million annually. Based on cost analysis for processing individual instruments/sets based on processing time, labor cost, consumable products, capital cost for sterilizing equipment expected useful life, instruments useful life, and annual PM costs.
  • Presented suggested service agreement to COO, CFO, Chief Orthopedic Surgeon, and ASC Operations Director.
