Managed small teams of Installers working on the installation of crawlspace encapsulations. This included removal of insulations, CMU's (concrete masonry units) and vapor barriers. Installing additional support with Helical/steel push piers and resurfacing as needed. Ensuring all technical aspects of a repair are being addressed. Developed customer relationship's to include upselling beneficial services above original quote where appropriate.

* COVID Vaccine Trial Stations - Setup multiple sites throughout the U.S. under Operation Warp Speed to meet the urgent need to administer vaccine testing. Each site required trailers to be delivered, appropriately positioned also requiring some custom building. Under tight timelines was responsible for scheduling and facilitation of ordering materials, shipping & handling along with lining up sub contractors (i.e. Plumbers, Electricians, etc.)

* Operation Allies Welcome - Lead a team of professional cooks and food handlers at Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas to feed thousands of Afghan refugees. Successfully managed through a challenging environment adapting to the Afghan customs and dietary requirements.

* Cheniere Liquid Natural Gas Plant (LNG) / Corpus Christi, TX - Member of a team working to remodel an existing warehouse to help better service their fleet of trucks and machinery.

* Cheniere Liquid Gas Plant (LNG) / Sabine Pass, LA - Coordinated and worked with other Cheniere contractors to oversee & fulfill small to large projects meeting a timeline with a strong focus on safety. Projects included a highway entrance remodel, concrete installation, hydro excavations, office remodels and soil deliveries and removal.
