I have lived in Santa Barbara my whole life, I am a very personable person and a hard worker. I also create meaningful relationships with colleagues and am a responsible strong team player who shows up for the task at hand. I am a very good sales person due to my easy going nature and positive attitude and have been reselling clothes since 6th grade. My interests include art, fashion design, videography and spending time with my friends.
Busboy. This was a great job, the people were kind and I learned a lot here. I was the youngest person to ever be hired at The Lark. Being the youngest taught me a lot about the hospitality industry. I learned the most at this job because it was a high end restaurant with expectations to match. It was a rapid paced environment and there was always something to do and I was always busy. I always treated customers in a friendly and professional manner. My responsibilities included bussing tables, helping customers, and drying everything from the dishwasher.
Cashier/Front of House. At this restaurant location there were usually only two people working the front, the manager and me. . We did everything from prep work, running food, working the cashier, kitchen prep, and bussing tables. This was a great first job that taught me a lot about people and being in the hospitality industry. I left this job because they closed the location.
I worked at this nonprofit organization for 6 weeks over the course of two summers. Here I taught kids how to surf, supervised activities and any task that I was asked to do.
