Specialist duties plus demonstrated ability to safely do the following:

• Promote and build a well-trained, productive, and motivated team.
• Read and understand production schedules to effectively support daily production needs then coordinate staff to meet those needs.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Ensure Sanitation staff is efficiently and timely supporting production output and quality goals.
• Continually perform 5s checks on
  Sanitation supplies and equipment.
• Fill in for Supervisor.
• Ensure new employees are getting proper Chemical Safety Training and orboarding.
  Demonstrate knowledge and ability to operate and train on all Sanitation responsibilities.
• Train all sanitation staff on their shift in all aspects of their job.
• Responsible for departmental / daily communication.
• Successfully complete 8-Step Problem
  Solving training

• Unloading materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stacking them to assigned places
• Locating and moving stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
• Identifying damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies

• Ensures orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished product final distribution
• Contributes to the orderly operation of stock and/or materials storage area
• Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages
• Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders
• Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies
