Charta Global is the exclusive U.S. and Latin America sales channel for the Asia Pulp & Paper Group (APP). As Sales Manager, I work very closely with our customers in the United States, Mexico, Central America, and South America to provide dedicated support for paper orders. Being fluent in both English and Spanish allows me to build strong relationships with customers across these regions to better understand their markets and needs.

My responsibilities include:

• Delivering comprehensive market analysis through detailed reports and presentations to both the mill and customers.
• Creating and delivering tailored product presentations specific to each customer's market segment, and product portfolio.
• Supporting customers throughout the order process to ensure satisfaction and timely fulfillment.
• Providing strategic market insights to help close paper orders across all regions.

Charta provides printers, paper merchants, and wholesale distributors access to a single, integrated, and comprehensive paper and packaging portfolio, enabling them to deliver unique and cost-competitive paper solutions to their customers. Working with APP, Charta is able to leverage the robust manufacturing network and technology innovation of one of the world's largest, fully integrated pulp and paper manufacturers, with more than 20 million metric tons of paper, board, and tissue capacity.

Created high-quality 3D renderings and prepared files for production across a diverse range of packaging solutions, including custom packaging designs, POP displays, club packs, and digital kiosks. Utilized advanced prepress techniques and progressive prototyping equipment to develop structural designs that effectively showcased client products.

Progressed from prepress specialist to Print Production Manager, overseeing global digital printing operations. Created production templates for weaving, flexo, offset, and digital printing systems. Led the expansion of the digital printing department across China, India, Bangladesh, and Guatemala. Contributed to company growth through knowledge sharing, and technical expertise. I became a Level 1 operator for the HP Indigo press with DFE technology.
