Plan, coordinate and instruct NSW Special Boat Teams in specialized sustainment training to conduct maritime special operations in support of USSOCOM and Theater objectives. Acted as lead chair member for key qualification review boards for over 20 operators which is paramount to a troops deployable status and professional advancement requirement.

Special Boat Team Twenty mans, trains, equips and deploys Naval Special Warfare Combatant Craft detachments and other elements for operations and activities abroad, in support of Combatant Commanders. Lead Petty Officer of a 12 person detachment, directly responsible for 100% accountability of all personnel, day to day scheduling and management.

Team Chief led, mentored, and trained 10 Special Warfare Combatant Crewman on the tactical operation, maintenance, and safety of 2 Special Operations craft valued at $5M, also responsible for the inventory of 61 weapons systems and 24 controlled communication items totaling $7.4M

Identifies and engages high-quality, potential SEAL, SWCC and EOD candidates, informs them of a career in Naval Special Warfare, and assists them with the recruiting process. Responsible for the coordination and management of military and civilian outreach and awareness. Assessment Team lead, responsible for preparing 35 enlisted personnel to begin the Naval Special Warfare pipeline training. Organized and led over 50 high risk evolutions, including a large obstacle course and high surf passage, ensuring a safe and effective training environment for more than 150 service members.

Special duty assignment, Chief of Naval Operations Priority ONE command that develops advanced NSW operational tactics and procedures, equipment and supports a classified National mission. Filled critical roles of:

Lead Petty Officer led, trained 12 Special Warfare Combatant Crewman and 4 Combat Service Support personnel. Responsible for the operation, maintenance and safety of 5 High Speed Assault Crafts valued at $16.5M.

Boat Crew Leader responsible for the operation of 2 High Speed Assault Crafts valued at $4M and the safety of 4 combatant crew operators. Qualified as a Free Fall Jump master coordinated 432 jumps for 23 personnel with 0 mishaps. Organized and managed a Long Range Navigation trip covering 450 nautical miles, 27 command members, with a budget of $75k.

Mans, trains equips and deploys Naval Special Warfare Combatant Craft detachments and other elements for operations and activities abroad, in support of Combatant Commanders. Filled critical roles of:

Boat Crew Leader of a Mark Five Special Operations Craft, responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of 1 Mark Five valued at $7.25M. Operated in 36 maritime operations in the Philippines. As an engineering subject matter expert, spent over 40 hours educating operators on engine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.

Chief engineer responsible for the maintenance and repair of 1 Mark Five engineering plant valued at $1.1M. Also maintained Maintenance Management requirements and administration.

Training and selection for potential Naval Special Warfare candidates. Extremely difficult qualification process of elite sailors. Graduated in a class which had 55% failure rate.

Responsible for fabrication, repairs and welding of USN Hovercrafts hull and structural components. Qualified as an Aluminum Welder.
