-Honest advocate for policies that I believe are in the best interest of the GWSD.

-Identified and helped implement key financial decisions of the district; including, identification of excess reserves and implementation of a plan to use those reserves for the benefit of the district and the taxpayer, advocate for tighter and more accurate budgeting, avocate for financial transparency, added strength to a diverse board in all issues financial and accounting.

- Embraced meeting with difficult constituents including; mandatory reporting, defense of policy AC, meeting on capital bond issue that turned into a CRT attack, mask mandate support/opposition, etc.

- Advocate for the 2022 School Bond proposition to raise $101,000,000, for expansion and improvement of GWSD facilities.

-Advocate for additional staffing for ELL education to accommodate changing demographics in the district.

- Invested ample time to research and educate myself on issues pertinent to the board's oversight role of the GWSD.
