With over 30 years of ministry experience in both large and small churches, I have a passion first and foremost for a deep commitment to the word of God and sound doctrine. I prioritize soul-winning, discipleship, and outreach as key strategies to foster church growth and build a thriving, spiritually enriched community.
My commitment to the Great Commission has driven me to lead effective outreach programs that have touched lives locally and globally, bringing many to Christ.
I believe in fostering spiritual growth within the church, mentoring believers to become mature disciples and leaders. My ministry extends beyond the local church, embracing a global vision through active participation in international missions.
At the heart of my ministry is a deep love for people and a relentless pursuit of God's call to see people come to Christ and make disciples of all nations.
As an evangelist I travel to multiple states holding revival in churches across the country, spreading the gospel, and supporting ministry staff and the congregation in their mission to reach the lost and empower and encourage the saints.
My passion lies in igniting spiritual renewal and equipping believers to deepen their faith and boldly share with others to see people saved for the glory of God.
The three basic objectives in my ministry are:
1.) To share the gospel with those who have not personally trusted in the saving grace of Jesus Christ.
2.) To disciple Christians into spiritual maturity through the teaching and preaching of God’s word
through the pulpit and Sunday school.
3.) To insure that all ministries ultimate goals are to glorify and exalt the Lord Jesus Christ and lead the
lost to saving faith in Him.
I was born in Spokane, Washington on April 21, 1967. I married my wife Sherre on October 2, 1999. Sherre is from Streetsboro, Ohio.
She is a Registered Nurse specializing in Critical Care. We have a 23 year old son David and a 20 year old son Daniel.
I thought I was saved at the age of thirteen. I was rarely in church prior to that age and afterward until
I was twenty-three. My parents came to know the Lord December 29, 1989. My brother Larry, who
was saved three years prior, led my parents to the Lord. I maintained the testimony I was saved, until
December 30, 1990 the day I truly came to know the Lord Jesus Christ as my Savior. I lived a lie for ten
years thinking I was saved but I lacked genuine repentance of sin. I was led to the Lord by my parents and
brother. I was baptized by immersion that very night after I was saved. I was called to preach in 1995 while
in Songtan, Korea. I surrendered to full time ministry in April 1996 at Westside Baptist Church, Jacksonville,
Florida. And was ordained and licensed in 1997. I believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, inerrant word
of God. I believe that God is one God, showing himself in three distinct persons, God the Father, God
the Son and God the Holy Spirit. I believe that Salvation is the work of God alone and no human efforts
whatsoever can save a person according to Ephesians 2:8-9. Salvation can only be obtained by faith in
the shed blood of Jesus Christ, His death, burial and bodily resurrection. A person must be willing to turn
from sin and self, at the same time turn to the one true living God, Jesus Christ our Savior. (John 14:6) This
can only be done by the working power of the Holy Spirit in the sinner’s life. I believe in a literal Heaven
and Hell. Those who place all their trust in Jesus Christ, His finished work on the cross and His literal
resurrection from the dead will go to Heaven. Those who do not will go to an eternal Hell separated from
God. I believe that every true Born-Again believer is responsible to fulfill the great commission given by
the Lord Jesus in Matthew 28 and Acts 1:8. In addition, every Born-Again believer is to insure that every
endeavor they make in their Christian service is to exalt, magnify and glorify the Lord Jesus Christ in their everyday lives.
